This Shark Tank brand had a standout product, but their Facebook ad creatives weren’t converting as well as they could. The missing pieces? A cohesive strategy, efficient processes, and actionable insights into what was actually working and why it was working in their ad account. At the time, they were essentially running with whatever content their influencers provided, without any strategic planning, iteration cycles or understanding the analytics of their ad creatives.

The first step was diving into their highest-spending creatives to understand what was actually working and why it was working. I then built a strategy around producing better, more native direct-response ads in various formats for their core audience – which brought the CPA down and lifted ROAS from 0.9 to 1.3. Beyond that, I developed creatives targeting new customer segments to broaden their reach and set the foundation for sustainable scaling, resulting in scale from $20k/mo to over $50k/mo in ad spend.
